All you have to do is provide access to your product and any technical information available. We will learn all about it quickly and thoroughly, documenting each step. We write information or instructions that are easily understood by the target audience. Then we design and lay out an attractive and organized document. (Our first priority in document design is to make it quick and easy to find important information). You approve it, we edit and proofread it, and it's ready for final output!

In order to document a product, we try every option and test every function. We have been called "super beta testers!" Many of our clients have expressed their appreciation for our help with quality control. We often inform them of problems (or potential problems) that their regular testers never find. And we let them know how well their product performs as we go along.
